Psychotherapy Berkenrode is a place where personal growth and mental health are the central focus. After a name change, the practice needed a new digital presence that reflected these values. With a new domain name and the proper redirects in place, it was time for a fresh start.
Together with designer Lisa Landesbergen, we created a user-friendly website that makes an immediate impression. The website features a fresh and colorful style that perfectly matches the practice. Special attention was paid to usability so that visitors can easily find the information they’re looking for.
Because this is a practice that works with people, we wanted to reflect that on the website. All staff members were photographed and are presented on the website with individual profile pages, along with a team overview page. This (hopefully) gives visitors an immediate sense of connection.
The site also includes direct options to book appointments via an advanced registration form, and a fee checker for insurance reimbursements—making it easy for referrers to quickly find the information they need.
Thanks to the responsive design, the website is fully accessible across various devices. Practical information, such as current wait times, is clearly presented so that clients are never caught off guard.
